He is going to take the time to understand what you are hoping for in a house, dedicate all of his resources to finding available options for you, spend his free time exploring houses even when you can't be there to see them, and most importantly, he is going to be honest with you about what he thinks about a property. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this honesty and his expertise when we made offers on houses. He knew what houses were and weren't worth and didn't let us go above our spending limit with regards to offers unless he felt it was really worth it and we would make our money back on resale. More than all of that, Jason is a lovely, easy to get along with, and easy to communicate agent who will put his clients first. Jason was such a godsend while we were buying one house and selling another. During the buying process, we relied heavily on his knowledge of the market, the process, and ability to notice the both assets and problems with potential houses. He was readily available to look at houses and answer questions. He always made us feel like valued clients, even treating us to celebration afterward! Having Jason sell our old was like hiring a real estate agent and general contractor in one. Not only did he hold our hand through the process, but he also lined up people to take care of getting the house ready to go on the market (cleaning, repairs, upgrades, and photography).
